Buying Appliances - What are my options?

Hi BP Community,

We own our own house as well as two nearby Single Family rentals. In all three houses the appliances are our responsibility. While it doesn't seem like a lot I feel like every 6 months I am replacing some appliance in one of the houses (dishwasher, oven, dryer, etc.). I usually just shop replacements on PC Richards, Lowe's or HomeDepot but thought I'd ask the community if anyone has other recommendations for appliance providers or loyalty/rewards programs I should be aware of given my frequent purchases. I AM NOT looking for recommendations on restructuring appliance responsibility in my rentals. I find that providing all appliances (including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) works well for me in my area and is worth the rental rates and quality of tenant I achieve with this perk.
