As to the valve,is it a packing nut type?

I'm a long term, small fish, part time, hands off investor.

My dad thought I was nuts.

Made 3 outlet manifolds of 3/4 copper, put 3/4 pex ball valves on, and fished the 20 foot straightened colored lines up inside the walls of my 3 family to the kitchen bath feed.

Hi Michael,If they truly want to sell it and she is not just fishing to see if someone would over pay then she needs to get the son to speak to the tenants to have them at least get you in one side of the property.

Do I out right go and ask fellow neighbors in the same apartment building if they've noticed the same or is that 'fishing' for evidence against the suspected tenant in violation of the lease?
