Also in the core areas you will more than likely have to pull city permits as the neighbors have a vested interest and are nosy so they will report you.

Hello experts out there,I just got the inspection report, and wondering if there are things I need to be concerned about?

And needs some fixes, here is a brief inspection report.

We had 45 days to close the loan.The appraiser has not given us a report and it's been over 30 days.

I asked for the appraisal report but he's not willing to share.
