Can I see the appraisal from the buyer who wants to back out?

The house is sold as it is. The FHA buyer had a question about the foundation and asked for some repair or reduction in price. I cancelled the contract but the buyer turned around and waived the inspection contingency. A drive-by appraisal was done four weeks ago. However, the lender (or the buyer, who knows?) insisted for another full inspection of the property. So I waited patiently...only to find out the buyer wants to cancel the contract and asks for his earnest money back. I asked for the appraisal report but he's not willing to share. What can I do? I lost valuable market time!
