Newbies want to know why they are so nervous to pull the trigger have to look no further than this type of kool aid drinking to instill a deep fear in making life changing moves. 

@Douglas StraussThanks a lot, I'm glad that you reached out to me, looking at the for sale numbers on these properties is very intimidating and 1 of the worries or fear that I have is getting approved, but like u said getting the paperwork done is something I'm working on for now, fixing my credit, getting my real estate knowledge up and just learning everything I can with my free time, thanks again and who knows maybe I can find a deal in the future and we could work on it together...

My fear is what if a buyer flakes on me on the closing day and leaves me stuck with being obligated to purchase a property that I reassigned to them.Scenario:1.

Knowledge of business formation is important when utilizing an attorney for asset protection but for true value, I think there are other important considerations:1) Attorneys who use fear as a way to market their services should probably be avoided.2) Attorneys who have a substantial business/real estate litigation trial background have specialized knowledge how asset protection related claims actually play out.

Septics are very common in my area, and nothing to fear, especially when you are able to get it inspected prior to purchase. 

School is going to teach your child to fear failure and follow the herd.

Since I think after this they may not want to tell you everything for fear of having to pay for it. 

In a bit of fear, i gave my tenant $50/month off to sign a new lease which was due in May to ensure I locked them in for another year; was willing to give $100 but didn't have to go there.  

While that is an understandable fear, the bill did not change what types of payments are considered taxable income. 

Some of the vendors might have had a bad experience with the area and don't go there anymore out of fear for their tools / equipment.
