from what I've read I think that's just "puffing" from the people selling seminars to make you think you'll be so busy putting your new knowledge to work that you won't have time for anything else.A lot of it depends on your mindset.

You are doing it the right way IMO - slowly and methodically.I think true investing involves a lot of legwork and knowledge.

I ask questions about the topic & then I let them know what I use to get the knowledge.

I'm sure you'll be a great asset to everyone with all of your knowledge and experience.

At the same time, with all due respect, you need to be knowledgeable too.

With the right tools and knowledge, finding and negotiating the sale of a home is almost as easy as it can get.
