If it allows you to leave your regular job in a few years, you'll really enjoy the freedom you have to attend her events, chaperone field trips, meet her off the school bus, etc.

If you enjoy the work and set your own schedule... you're never really working and thusly, never need to retire.What are your goals for the next year?

We've enjoyed the monthly cash flow that our SFH rentals have generated but I am looking to put down more roots in Boise or other towns in Idaho as we have strong family ties there already and would consider moving back some day.

However, I enjoy two in Newark, one by glen galluci and the other.

Laugh, dance, cry, sing, draw, enjoy a cup of tea with someone, hug your child, and embrace a loved one.With ying, you'll be a yang that has to keep starting over and over.

I also have some books I'm reading to educate myself on the industry and to narrow down my potential areas of interest.I have a job, in financial markets, that I thoroughly enjoy, but I'm not looking to the markets for the additional income I'm looking to build.Any helpful hints or resources you can direct me to would be much appreciated.Thank you,Alison
