What do you think it would reasonably cost to do something like that person in a decent lot kind of off the downtown path?

We are hosting one Sept. 5 at YadaYada Deli downtown. 

There is a bunch of new construction in the brickell and downtown area and inventory is not limited.

I have a lot of experience downtown.

So would trying to do 2 million dollar flips in downtown Detroit.

I just helped another BP'er close on a duplex in Plymouth, near downtown.  

Or do I maintain my stake and hope a Google campus ten minutes away in downtown is going to force more appreciation?

A bit about what i'm looking for,MFR up to $2 million, can close fast if neededgood cashflow or potential for good cashflowlocated in areas with good walking score, nearing some sort of downtown, urban centerPlease reply or PM me, we can connect and take it from there.  

In our downtown Raleigh apatment case, RPD Captain Poteat (of what used to be the 26th precinct) was a huge asset in our security plan, as were the beat officers and undercover guys and gals who helped us achieve our goals (essentially, our target was 0 crime on our property.)

You may have to search off market though.Be careful about investing in downtown in that price range not unless you go into the with the mindset of being a slum lord.
