Hello Charleston South Carolina,

I'm looking too put a team together.   If you're feeling generous can any one recommend good/investor friendly companies to fill the following needs

-Title Company (i'm not a wholesaler but I hear these are a must have)

- General Contractors (Preferably with experience rehabbing historic homes)

- Landscaping companies

- Realtors (have experience working with investors and generate off market/pre-market leads ripe for flipping/gentrification)

-Any private money lenders welcome too

I second Troy's recommendation of John Florence as a settlement attorney.

Good contractors are hard to find and hard to keep. I can share a recommendation if you contact me directly.

United Community Bank, South State Bank, and BNC are all good lenders.
