All, i'm looking to buy some investment properties in the bay area and would like to connect with wholesalers.  A bit about what i'm looking for,

  • MFR up to $2 million, can close fast if needed
  • good cashflow or potential for good cashflow
  • located in areas with good walking score, nearing some sort of downtown, urban center
