Sorta new to investing and sorta new to BP.

I spent the last phase of my investment career doing what I call snowballing.

I'm new to real estate investing .Outside of real estate, I enjoy the beach, gym, fishing and boating.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

I am interested in investing in real estate in the DFW area (specifically Denton) with creative financing methods, and I am trying to expand my network of players in the game of real estate.

Is anyone currently investing in Pharr, TX?

In approx 18 months I intend to invest in multifamily as an active investor.

This will be our first investment and have found that we cannot get a loan under the LLC without 2 years of P&L statements. 

I have several duplexes that are financed with conventional 30 year Fannie/Freddie investment loans, but I have reached my limit  (10).
