Is anyone currently investing in Pharr, TX? I'm looking to get a better understanding of the market, particularly for multifamily properties. I've noticed some deals that include an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) and would like to know if these are popular in the area. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
