His attorney is like a cat burglar who presents himself in a suit and tie.I thought we were finally at the finishing line and was so relieved to never have to deal with these two men again.Low and behold I received a long winded email from the buyers attorney stating his underwriter has discovered I don’t actually own the land.

@Ather Rizvi I had a triplex in contract several months back, the lender treated it as a duplex once it was discovered the 3rd building was only legally storage.

I currently own 1 duplex (live in 1/2) my plan was to house hack and purchase a new 2-4 unit every 12 months for the next few years.I am 6 months in to my loan and discovered that a WHEDA loan must be owner occupied the full length of the loan.
