@Robert Tinker Airdna is a great tool but you’ve got to understand it’s flaws.

However I see 2 flaws that I want to point out.

Title company discovered $14k in judgments, they are trying to see if that amount is correct. - Is there a way the seller can back out if he decides not to pay them?

Starting in about 2014 one particular developer "discovered" the neighborhood and systematically bought up and ended up developing about half the lots over the next few years.

@Ather Rizvi I had a triplex in contract several months back, the lender treated it as a duplex once it was discovered the 3rd building was only legally storage.

I currently own 1 duplex (live in 1/2) my plan was to house hack and purchase a new 2-4 unit every 12 months for the next few years.I am 6 months in to my loan and discovered that a WHEDA loan must be owner occupied the full length of the loan.

I discovered at least half a dozen pee pads scattered in the tiled laundry room.

I discovered during the due diligence that here are 2 breaks in the sewer line.
