We've seen the dark side.

Plan for the kitchen is the repaint the cabinets an off-white, thinking more of a grey white and repaint the countertop in a glossy dark grey and shellac over the paint. 

They are generally 10-year double net structures and pay crazy high rent that is really hard to replace, so if they go dark at that location you’re going to have quite the project leasing it up at a fraction of the original rental stream.  

My problem is that my Neighbor who is about 17-19 and his girlfriend are constantly smoking weed in the hallway and the smell is coming into my home.

I just bought my 2nd rental property which came with a tenant on the 2nd floor who smokes.

Smoking, car graveyard, and drug use etc.

I use dark granites in my rental, and reseal them every year

They took terrible care of the house and I kicked them out for smoking in the house after 3 months. 

One can't smoke inside public place including bars now which made a lot of people mad.
