I was just wondering if anybody has experience renting 1-1 units I was offered a deal for a *5 plex 1. 2-1 the rest 4. 1-1 my my property manager said she currently manages 14 1-1 and she didn't have any vacancies so that's good she just said that it was harder to rent.

I was wondering what the best route would be to get this type of business up and running.
