1-1 units
I was just wondering if anybody has experience renting 1-1 units I was offered a deal for a *5 plex 1. 2-1 the rest 4. 1-1 my my property manager said she currently manages 14 1-1 and she didn't have any vacancies so that's good she just said that it was harder to rent. Any info is appreciated thanks the numbers look good I just want to know what its like first hand experience
