I should have done a further look at the some of the mechanical the furnace was noted in the inspection as unknown turns out the block was cracked so that was 3 days into owning it having to replace the furnace.

There are brand new cabinets, appliances, water heater, HVAC, windows, concrete countertops, original hardwood floors, tile bathroom, tile kitchen backsplash, and huge backyard, Just to name a few.

Mobile home (on block foundation) with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.

Hopfully you can get away with something besides asphalt or concrete for the parking expansion to cut back on cost.

The unit was boarded up with plywood, and is a few blocks from the beach.
