Michigan Hard Money Lenders

Hello BP Community!

I’ve done some flips in the past, and acquired my first rental this past January and want to keep the ball rolling. My goal is to acquire more rentals and focus on long term cash flow.

I would like to pull some cash out of the rental I bought in January and could use a lender referral if anybody has one. Thanks!

I used a local hard money lender out of Ann Arbor by the name of Green Block Inc. Very happy with them. Inbox me and I can send you their details.
