I have studied and currently reading some of the books from BP but I haven't made my 1st move since I feel clueless on how to start and I don't have the resources neither.

My plan is to immediately move the three lower units to $1400, then in 6mos move to $1450, then a year from now, bump them to $1500 (leaving the one at $1550).

If so, how long do you have to live in the property before you can move out and repeat?

Consider this loss tuition in the school of real estate and move on.

If I were younger (I’m pushing 50) and my SO was more on board with the whole real estate investing program I would be moving into a new low down payment property every 14-15 months as soon as I had raised the money for a new down payment.

Are you open to moving to a 2-4 unit building?

When they decide to move I will then see what I have to do , I may do a full remodel , I may just need to clean and paint .
