In the meantime, there's cross talk and perhaps attempts at communication that are going unheard by one party or the other or, as is actually more common, both.Or, as just  happened to me this week, a client reached out and asked for a status update and I said "I'm still waiting for X" and they said "I sent you X 2 months ago".

From one Jeremie to another @Jeremy Anan It's easier said for me than done but if I were in this situation I would probably explore the cash for keys route if you can still somehow communicate with him.

I called 32 lenders and spoke to 17 of them for those numbers.Its all about communication and seeing whats out there. 

The difficulty is figuring out how to unlock these deals, how to find them, how to communicate properly with a homeowner, etc..

For the most part, my cabin guests communicate a bit (or not at all) and are low maintenance. 

Keep blaming it on communication with the banks.

My tenants primarily communicate via the latter methods.
