I just don't understand the premise of people thinking title companies, real estate agents, etc. have different ways of treating clients, customers, maybe you can explain what you mean? 

An agent is there to get the best possible deal for their client.

Many of us have clients all over the US, and even internationally.

Anyway, @Sean Tluchak is an RE attorney and has closed a dozen or so transactions for my clients over the past year, provided advice and other services for them as well, and is a great guy to boot.

I would not even try to run that business, I would try to bring a PM company to take over the clients, manage my current and future properties and run with it.Again, just an interesting idea that might be worth exploring... or which I am already working, I should say.

I am in your area quite a bit showing clients properties.

We look at many properties in Houston and termites are never brought up by our clients unless there is obvious foul play caught by our inspections.  

I.e. how good is your website at getting a new client/ investor?
