Our property manager said nobody would do those and guess what, we now get 90% of our payments at the first of the month, have reduce the number of hours our PM spent collecting rents and the system automatically generates 3 day notices via email and also can be sent postal/certified, no more sending the PM out to post notices...

@Jack Bobeck I agree I will go ahead and draft up a letter stating requirements that I have for environmental protection stuff and send it to them certified mail with a receipt so I can track it..and have proof of my leasing policies
