How do you find a broker that will simply let you hang your license without fees or commission splitting?

A majority of the houses are small and old but relatively few homes have security bars on the windows and no one hangs out on their porch.

My point here is until you get the hang of it and some idea how to manage a property it's far cheaper to hire a PM than it will be to learn by doing.

They would like to unload the property as it is in disarray and has become a burden hanging over their heads.  

I'm hang up on the financial side of this without a conventional loan.Cheers,Jeff

I don't know how much longer I can hang in there. the will is there but the clients arent' so what am I doing wrong.

It might be a little confusing but if you hang around and keep learning it will all start to make sense.  

Not really. maybe try hanging out at the grocery store and ask people up and down the aisle or asking the waitress at a local restaurant.

On the other hand, an investor just looking for a place to hang there license might be more worried about the monthly/yearly fees and receiving a higher commission split.Back in December I went through the interviewing process and if you want, I can provide you with some of the questions I asked.
