Hey nice to meet you all, I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast for a while now and I finally decided to make a profile on here and I am excited to get to know some like minded individuals and also learn from more experienced investors. 

But here's what we're experiencing: prices haven't budged, and I have yet to see any indication that they'll come down.
