It appears the tenants are well below market for Boston and they won't be happy about the increase but this is business.

If I get the place rented at the amount discussed with the property manager, I'd be basically breaking even.Obviously, the first order of business is to get the first rental property filled, but I'm wondering how I should go about acquiring the next property.

And I don't really mind when people use some of these alternative products out there...but some lenders are very desperate for business right now.
