We manage a SF in the 100 block and I would not recommend  buying on that block due to the Industrial building on same block  and it is a dead end  block.

Cash flow and cash on cash return looks fantastic of course, but guess why a lot of local investors who have been around the block once or twice are not buying these up as they become available?

Since that area is affected by hurricanes (like the rest of Florida), you should preferably buy block houses, and get a wind mitigation report that will tell you if the "3rd nail" has been installed. 

They sure knew how to really drain your account and take you nowhere.
