Good question...I wouldn't be trying to verify citizenship,, I would require that they have valid social security number so you can verify their credit.  

I have been testing a VA for simple admin tasks (answering the phone, social media posts, craigslist posts, and pulling comps) but thinking of hiring an additional one for cold calling only.
