As a baby, we're afraid of that first step.

Kerry and I appear to be very similar only we are many years behind her :) We have through baby steps slowly been putting together a buy and hold portfolios. 

He also had a baby and the quality of life became more important than the constant travel.I have a great network that I would not of had access to without joining this company.MY ANALYSIS OF YOUR DECISION - We kind of did it backwards.

I was showing a a young tenant and her baby the house (husband couldn't make it) and explaining the upfront fees (1st month rent, security deposit and app fee).

There was so much stuff left behind, it is possible they may still have a set of keys and plan to return ... but, more likely, the 10x10 baby barn will be full to the brim for the next 60 days.We shot over 100 photos - which I am still processing - and tried a dozen shots under ultraviolet light.  

We did baby steps and before you know it.

I opened my own practice about 5 years ago, so that was my baby that I was focusing all my energy on.

I'm about to have my first baby here in the next couple of weeks.
