But not to Shabby.If you can figure out how to get around 10 percent return with out taking on too much risk that's 250k a year baby! 

The tenant went to stay with a parent along with her baby, (side note) This tenant has not paid their May rent and it's now the 17th. 

Well you know what I mean....LOL   clothes all over the place,  The floor is the closet. 

Hi…so we have this 6 flat we bought a month ago and we did another walk through today and of the newest tenants (not leased by us) was a bit odd…not strange in mental health way, but somethings didn't add up….she claims she is the only person living there but NONE of the closets have ANY clothes…zero, nota stich.  

Below is my summary from the “Guru” event…The event had lot of emotional stories about family - losing someone; pictures of cute kids, babies etc. to pull the listeners in.

I'm currently active military full time, 2 kids (2years old and a "new" baby within next 2 weeks).

Tenant education to keep the floors dry and wet clothes off of the floor helps also.

It can be tough to prove yourself before having experience, but that's why you just need to take baby steps and build that credibility!

So many kids and adults even live above their means trying to have the coolest car or nicest clothes.

I am a currently a creative director at a clothing company but am hoping to eventually transition into full time REI.
