The following is just my opinion, just giving you my personal outlook.For example, I last visited Playa Del Carmen in Mexico with the family approx 2 1/2 years ago and we had an amazing time.

I own a condo in Bangkok outright and I'm looking to start investing in property in the US.I have money lined up and happy for my first purchase to be a cash purchase and then I'll look to try and build up credit and hopefully secure finance for future purchases.Due to travel restrictions, it's unlikely I'll be able to visit the US until March 2022.My question, is it better to get the ball rolling and purchase a property now (I have spoken to a couple of Turnkey companies) or is it better to save for a few more months and then purchase something in March 2022.Many thanksPaul

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

I bought my first STR last year in New Hampshire with the strategy of purchasing homes that I can occasionally use in locales that I like to visit with my family.

My cousin came to visit late last year and loved the area.

I knew I wasn't going to live or visit Buffalo forever so a flip was our best option.

Maybe a trip to the wild Animal park (it is awesome if you can get an opportunity to visit it). 

If I were you, I would start by visiting the Small Business Administration website.

Once he moves in, what's going to assure he gets the work done?
