Should I buy now or wait until March 2022 when I'm in the states?

Hi there, my name's Paul

I'm from the UK, but I live and work in Thailand.  I own a condo in Bangkok outright and I'm looking to start investing in property in the US.

I have money lined up and happy for my first purchase to be a cash purchase and then I'll look to try and build up credit and hopefully secure finance for future purchases.

Due to travel restrictions, it's unlikely I'll be able to visit the US until March 2022.

My question, is it better to get the ball rolling and purchase a property now (I have spoken to a couple of Turnkey companies) or is it better to save for a few more months and then purchase something in March 2022.

Many thanks

Paul
