Hi David,The most important thing to focus on first is definitely trying to get your phone to ring.

But with enough research and phone calls you should be able to find what you need.

I have been sending numerous emails and a few phone calls to various financial institutions looking to see what I may be pre-approved for.

I went from very lost to having 4 extremely interested local Credit Unions and Banks after 7 phone calls with just that one approach and some great help from a fellow BPer.

Start by putting thinks like your cell phone bill in the LLC name.  

I can't wait to make 2016 my year of success with many more to come.Some of the things I've accomplished so far since December 18th:-Attended my first REIA meeting-Set up my website -Set up my business email-Set up my business phone through google voice-Set up my business ups box address -Met with a local Attorney to get a quote on reviewing my P&S agreements and Assignment of Contract.

I shoot pictures with my phone and dictate the narrative ... much faster than trying to type on my phone.

Also I'm trying to learn about other land assets like cell phone towers and billboards for cash flow.I've been joining local meet ups and classes, I am definitely still in the research stage.
