If the neighborhood has a good number of homes that aren't selling, then you'll likely have trouble selling the home that you're planning to bid on.Contact whatever agency is auctioning this property to find out the details of how much of a deposit is required, how to pay, and how long you have to come up with the balance.

Thanks Wes, I will keep looking out.Can you suggest a forum where I can get more knowledge on what to look in a property,where to look(besides the MLS) and how to calculate numbers to make sure it is a feasible buy.I am a total rookie to this and would like to be 200% sure before I make my first step.
