Hi, I have been lurking for a few days and I am just blown away by the information on the forums!! I am very new to the country, just 7 years old and am in the real estate business for the last 2 years.Investing in fixers is a topic of interest to me but since I have never done it for myself, I am in an exploratory stage, just trying to get more info, guidance and leads on such properties in the bay area.I am a bit reluctant to look outside the state.Just sharing something- I invested in pre construction apartments in India and just doubled my money even before they are ready for possession !! :lol:
