Whats going on...My name is mikey and I just purchased my first invesment property (2 fam.) at the age of 21 and now looking to do some other things in real estate and came across this forum to get so new ideas and ask a whole bunch of questions!!!

The area we have targeted is where we grew up- so we know it well, and has better projected revenue for us- the area is growing and alot of commercial investors from NYC are putting money into the community: parks, arts/crafts store fronts, cafes, restaurants.

:oops: I'm now ready to grow some and get it stared!

Short sales and preforclosure is a small part of my bussiness currently but about 18 months out I can see that growing exponentially.
