Hi! Hello! to everyone here. New to the site but, not to the industry. Let me see... what can I say about myself. hmmm... first of all my name is ed. I started in the industry working in the back end in the loan servicing department and later moved to the front end as an auditor. Which I was later laid off after the refi boom and went to the title side. Got into the business of doing loans because I wanted to help the unfortunates! that couldn't get a loan or got ripped off by predatory lenders and get them back into a program that made sense for them. I've seen loans that borrowers got into that didn't make since from the start and the brokers laughing all the way to the bank with their 3-5%. So here I am. I do a bulk of my business by referrals and I am good at it. I am here to network with each and everyone of "you" and get my services out there. Well that's it for now...
