Have you considered investing this money into a cheap home to renovate and provide temporary housing to victims who lost their homes to fires, disasters or anything?

Our fund offers a 8% pref as a minimum prior to the promoters being compensated, but a 60/40 split overall if we exceed 8%.

The tenants should be informed that anything they do will not be compensated.
