It would be very difficult to run a test of 20 bandit signs with individual phone numbers, with slightly different sign designs to calculate what version of the sign works best, and which of the 20 unique phone numbers (representing a unique area the sign is placed) increases the conversion rate, The variable of signs being removed makes this even more difficult to know with a high degree of confidence.

I am not seasoned enough and my strategy is the slow, hold/buy, build equity version. so I highly doubt I fit the bill anyways.I haven't made any $$ in real estate yet, but sold enough to buy primary home, and build up equity and collect cash flow, not to live/eat on, but finance next projectbut just want to say you guys rock!

Another tip, which you may or may not want to bother with: if the mail says "first-class" or any version of "service requested" ie change service, it can be forwarded.

Their is a free version on the marketplace but I think it limits you to 10 stops.
