I have offered both to buy them a condo to start, but they aren't ready yet so one is renting and one lives in an ADU on my property.Single-family is strong and smart, but I like condos for younger kids because the HOA saves them of all the things they don't know how to do.

Though if personal use or long term safety are a concern it can make a lot of sense as Disney will always be a market (whereas places like Broken Bow I could see fading from popularity) and unlike many markets there is almost no regulation risk since these properties are built in tourist zones specifically for STR.I own there and manage others so have real world revenue data if you want specifics.Can you suggest some good local real-estate agents that I can reach out?

We just put an offer in on a riverfront one bedroom cottage on a half acre property in Oregon that we expect to be accepted, here's how I plan on purchasing the property with less than the cost of an apartment rental deposit in SoCal:Purchase price is $330k as a FHA Primary Purchase with 3.5% down ($11,550) and a 2.5% ($8250) seller concession towards closing costs.

Every time i put an offer on a house, i get told that the agent or the seller will not allow assignment, which kills the deal immediately.
