Remember, most have nothing to lose, many don't have cash, and they are willing to try anything to make a buck. 

I also see a lot of scammers on BP offering Florida real estate they don't have under contract, know it is illegal, but will do anything for a buck!

That 15 bucks just might have priced you higher than one down the street, did you check the rates in the area.

I'm smart enough to know when and how to do the work myself or when to hire it out. and that includes legal work, the buck stops with me I take responsibility for what I operate and proud of that also.I enjoy the questions and comments, on BP and wished it would have been around 30 years earlier.. we all can learn more and this is a good source.

That's not the case in every area in Milwaukee and it shows pride of ownership, a sense of community and the simple fact that you can put something pretty outside without it getting stolen.

Most contractors can get one for less than 5 bucks.
