House hackers when do you tell prospective tenants?

Hey fellow house hackers, when do you tell a prospective tenant that you are the on-site management? We just put our first unit for rent in a four unit property  (great timing, I know)  and have the first showing tomorrow. I didn't mention on-site management in the ad, and I'm wondering if I should mention it tomorrow? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

"I enjoy the questions and comments, on BP and wished it would have been around 30 years earlier.."

@Deanna McCormick

Yeah but then you would have had to send a SASE for a reply and wait 2 weeks for answers to start rolling in   :)
