I am looking to do it with my code violation and start off with a yellow letter type mailing first, then do a postcard 4 weeks later, and continue doing postcards every 6-8 weeks.I wanted to do this with my code marketing and NOO properties.

In my case, the property came back on the market as "UI" because of the code violations and they provided disclaimers sufficient to inform other bidders of the "material defect".
