You are smart for not buying what Dalby is selling and it is way more involved than he portrays it to be and most of his students are here one day and gone the next.

I've read a few reviews regarding his boot camp and courses that were positive and had one student who told me that they do deals together now... you can apparently get a hold of Than personally when ever you need him.

They are rare here in the college area, but are just a pain in the butt to manage with the irresponsibility of today's students (and their parents!).

Just to start out, a little FYI, I'm a highly driven, outgoing college student who's ready to learn more about/possibly enter the world of real estate investing.

I put P&I on $108K at $718, which means this loses $68 a month.50% may be on the low end of "expenses" since it may be hard to keep student housing filled in the summer.
