Just to start out, a little FYI, I'm a highly driven, outgoing college student who's ready to learn more about/possibly enter the world of real estate investing. My current situation includes very little savings and some credit card/student loan debt (typical college student) with a not so good credit rating (I'm young!). So just from reading other posts I gathered that wholesale would be the best way for me to get started....I guess my question/request would be what are my best resources? What advice can you offer? I'm not a tax whiz or investment guru...So where do I start? What readings would you recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
