@Mike SchorahI listened to the first half on the drive into the office this morning and so far, it is an incredible episode.Great content and I agree with the intro/warning from David Greene where he talks about Kiyosaki saying things that might offend others... he didn't hold any punches in this one which I am grateful for.

One is in the morning on the 4th Wednesday (just happened this morning) and the other is in the evenings on the third Wednesday.

@Dan Schwartz They came to terms on Friday and I just heard back this morning with the story.

For example, I got a reasonable quote of $2.5k for the floor plan, site plan, elevation plan, framing plan, roof plan & electrical plan on a flip project in Dallas which included adding an additional 200 square feet.

Who is worse; the tenant who parked in someone else's space, or the tenant who got us out of bed at 3 in the morning.
