It is basically the same thing that they will see on the platform.  

@Majid Tahir, check out the regional STVR platform Emerald Coast by Owner, they not only market properties in PCB but also list props for sale.I would verify those occupancy rates and daily rates with actual owners.How do you hope to achieve occupancy rates above the norm when you can t market your property as unique?

So many owners list on multiply platforms including VRBO, FlipKey, HomeAway and local sites.

@Tom Fidrych its hard to improve on the post by @Nathan GesnerWe have never had this work well...if this is your operating style there is nothing wrong with doing repairs yourself...you may be better off with flat fee management services...a focus on admin and bookkeeping tasks...or maybe a platform like Stessa...I'm sure there are 100 PM apps out there that just do the back-office type stuff.If you do reach an agreement with a manager on this, just make sure all the bases are covered with proper documentationBest of luck

It's my understanding that under the new regulations carriers are requiring these texting platforms to register businesses using their EIN.
