Using internet,newspapers and craigslist and signs on your autos or on telephone poles and where ever you can get away with it.

You can find some on the internet, but they're often prefilled or so grainy that they're almost unusable.

Could I chat with someone over the internet (skype maybe?)

As a real estate agent, I throw those internet pre qual letters in the trash, along with the accompanying offer.
