Hello Im new in the Savahnnah Ga are and trying to learn how to whoesale and how do I find cash buyers. Can some one help me?

There are a lot of threads on wholesaling and finding buyers. Try using the search feature, and you'll likely find enough reading material to keep you busy for days... :)

Also, keep in mind that finding buyers will likely be easy compared to finding great deals to sell them. A lot of new wholesalers start out focused on finding buyers when they really should be focused on finding sellers.
