With winter fast approaching I need to fill vacancies fast.I have read through some of the post here and understand it can be a decent cash flow, but I would love some recent  feedback from anyone that’s in the padsplit market in Atlanta on what to expect.  

A 3 bedroom in Bridgeport can range from $1650+. 

I own 5 properties two of them being multi family properties so 7 doors.

It felt like a no-brainer for the value of the land, but being able to utilize a traditional mortgage because there was a clean yet simple 3 bed 2 bath house on the lot made the deal even sweeter!

it seems if it can be done in one state it should be able to be done across other states…  Doesn’t sound right but something I’d like to learn more about.

If you screen your tenants properly, buy the right property and have the right team in place you can be successful.

This summer they increased the fee 50% which was disappointing.
