As an Investing Realtor® I do both personal investing, as well as webinars and seminars, meetups, etc. for customers as well.  

I recently heard his webinar about the course and it looks good.

I've been reading books, articles, signing up for free webinars, and talking to people to learn the field.

After reading different things on here and the webinar on Thursday night about wholesaling, I think it might actually be harder than a lot of newbies might think.  

I was in your webinar on lending this evening, and I've been binging on those podcasts like a Netflix series.

I graduated from Penn, so if Peter Linneman works with it then I'm definitely curious about it.As for me, I consider myself to be a complete newbie in real estate (going through the recommended books/webinars one by one), but I do feel I'm at the point where most of the recommended learning sources are saying similar things, and so my next course of business is to dig deep into the analysis.

I saw Josh's house hacking webinar. i thought to myself, what better way to find a mentor and get hands on experience by applying this strategy.To acquire a HUD Home since it is given to first time home buyers before an investor has a chance to purchase it. here is my theory and correct me, as i am thinking in theory  and have no experience.is this viable?
